Help with uploading pictures

OK, im trying to upload a picture for my map, i know its 256/256 yet it still says its not and this is keeping people from downloading it

Don't know if I can help, but maybe it depends on the type of picture you're trying to upload?

Maybe your picture is a bmp? Maybe that isn't allowed? Maybe you should try using jpeg?
