[Bug] Supply Stations don't seem to work

or maybe it's just that I can't reload turrets. I had a gunner try to resupply me and it failed, but it could be because he's a n00b.

Also, the gfx on the station seem a bit off.

The resupply stations do not work at all, it is a bug... but strangly the health ones work.
