What FHI server do I play on? I kind of server hop depending on who's on. I used to play more on Lightbringer's server but not so much now.

Ghost, I think you're missing the point. You see, when you spam, it's not sometimes, not just in some places bad, it's bad to spam anywhere. Spamming in general is not something to be proud of and I really think that you're proud of yourself for spamming, which confuses me. Oh well, carry on.

I don't know about the rest of the world, but here in Dutchieland there are multiple dealers per neighbourhood. Those download warez, burn em, and sell em for about 10 euros a piece, so both parties make a great profit out of it.

I know plenty of college friends who don't have internet connections at home. I asked them if they were going to get HL2. The answer, inevitably, was "No, since you need an internet connection to register and play it, and I can't afford one/don't need one just to play one stupid game".

I think the requirement of an internet connection just to play offline was a pretty stupid move by Valve. It could only take a complete retard to come up with that idea.

lmao you are FUNNNY noONE can beet me at a racing map. unfortunatly, i have a ghey firewall that stops me playing ut2k4 online and i cant turn it off (house rules) grrr....i cant wait till i graduate.....grrr..maybe in 2 years? lolol :lol:

Steam is OK, but i would like it if they removed the reliance on the servers cause 5 years from now, when im trying to play my 2004 games with my pimpo-super computer, i wont be able to play cause the servers will be down or Valve could have gone out of business....you get my point. valve was ghey for making a NEED for an internet connection.

And if Valve goes out of business, I'm sure the final thing they'll do is probably release versions of the games you can play without steam because if the company that HOSTS Steam servers doesn't exist anymore, then obviously Steam and the Steam Servers arent going to exist anymore.
