skin and server problem

trying to put carnun skin and model on our server their both umod files so i ran them and then copyed the files out of my unreal system and texture folders and uploaded them to the server the i copyed the lines the umod file added to my ini file to the server ini file but the skin and model won't work any help would be great

these are the lines i added to the ini file under
[Engine.GameEngine]
ServerPackages=CarnunSkins
ServerPackages=6Carnun
