Where do u get the mod group bonus pack and the GD mutator collection?

actually there are a few maps (a few Beta's and FIX's) that seem to be only on the GD server and dont seem to be hosted anywhere for DL.

there is no way for me to get them off the server too. the round is over and the map is cycled before I can finish downloading all 11MB or whatever over my dialup. :(

Do they have packs that are server-specific? I don't feel like downloading a million maps, just want a pack that includes whatever the servers are using nowadays. I remember the last time I was there the only "packs" were packs that include all months that were created in X month.
