How does using projectors affect FPS?...

It's not that bad. JB-Alarscia will have over 200 and it's FPS isn't bad at all for a map with the amount of terrain/mesh polys it has.

Depends what kind of projector it is... sometimes they can have little effect, sometimes you can delete a large projector and give yourself 25 frames extra, only testing can tell :)

Consider that every single "bullet hole" decal is created by a Projector in UT2004. They're pretty efficient.

Cheers guys. It's just that i'm positive I saw projectors used on a map to produce a scenery (like a skybox) in a map.
