I don't mind the layout and architecture; there's enough z-axis to make it interesting but it's still a very cramped 1/1 experience. I question why you bothered with the sliding doors on the entrance to the liftwell; they don't really work well on a map of this size and just break up the flow of the gameplay (unless that was your intention).

The scale of the map lends itself more to the melee type weapons; flak cannon and chaingun are o.k. but the rocket launcher is a bit too much.

Lighting needs to be tweaked as it's either too bright or some of the coronas need work. Because of the choice of deco (including the interesting feature thing) the lighting really needs work to give the overall architecture more, um, "mood" and atmosphere. Over all it just looks a bit bland at the moment.

Bots could use a bit of work too.

Of course; this is all my opinion...

One thing I will say is that I think you need to put more ammo in as I kept running out very quickly and then there wasnt enough around to restock. Also add a few more weapons as alot of the time I was fighting with just my pistol.

Ah what the hell I'll upload my suggestions here as well. :)

In response to Uncle's comment about the lensflares: They should be smaller and have a larger radius. All the light textures are very dull aswell, as if they are off, but there's still lensflares on them. Although that could simply be D3D.

The lighting in general is also almost plain white, the colored lights don't seem to light the environment. It lacks contrast imho.
