characters on the third ut2003 disk

I just noticed that there is a folder on the 3rd ut2003 disk with all the characters in there...

asp.upp
gorge.upp

etc


does anyone know what program opens them ?

The meshes folder has a few files also and can open them in milkshape

[hollib]

upaint, same disk i think.
