Where do you get other monster packs?

Ive been looking all over the web for monster packs like Kangus and C5 but i cant find any. Does any of you guys know where a link can be found?

Is this for the invasion gametype, for ut2004?

I just googled "monsterpacks ut".. came up with 1 site (...) but it mentioned "invasion" etc..
