is it part of the standard textures that come with UT or is it an UnWheel package or am I not allowed to use it?

Well all I have on the pc that I use as a dedicated server is UnWheel and UT2k4 and I have the file, I think it is a 2k4 file, but to make sure I will open up the dedicated server install and see.

It is an Unreal 2k4 file, its in the dedicated server zip, so I wouldnt hesitate to use it :D
