IRCReporter Bot Problems

  • Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. It is highly recommended that you configure this to keep your account safe.

Hi there:

My apologies ahead of time if this is the wrong place to ask...

I've been trying to get the IRC Reporter Bot (v110) working with my IRC server. No matter what I do it just doesn't want to work...when I run it with debug turned on, the only useful information I get is:

Open myLevel 07/21/04 15:58:48 67.170.163.188:4675
IRC: <<< RECV: ERROR :Closing Link: [216.221.70.52] by foo.bar.org (Ping Time out)

That's it! The IRC server is on the same host as the UT server (WinXP running BewareIRCD).

Can anyone tell me what's going on? Thanks in advance.
