One thing that your forums (and other forums, tutorials, etc.) don't say is "Wich program should I use to edit/make a Unreal Tournament Map?" or something like that...

The Unreal Editor comes with the game, and is the only tool you need to make a map. For more in depth construction of content there's Maya for building most anything, and Adobe Photoshop for creating textures.
