When I played Quakeworld back in the day, I found a great Cookie Monster skin. I have no idea who made it and the PC it was on is long dead.
Cookie's eyes pointed in different directions, and the skin would go dark in a dark corner except for the eyes which would always glow no matter how dark the map was.
Can someone make something like that again? I would be eternally grateful!
