Is there a bool or something in the GUIComponent class to make HUD and the weapon model disappear?

Are you perhaps looking for the 'togglescreenshotmode' console command?

no no, this is simply for a menu that doesn't take up the whole screen...
Basicly I want everything in the background to not be rendered.
and brenderworld only works for the actual map, not the gui or weapon model on screen.

You could always just put a big blank picture as one of your GUI objects. Prevents needless creation of variables... etc etc.
