Protoss Model Giving Me Trouble

Ive been trying all day to get this to work
but everytime i try to open it with system.exe i get this error message

OS: Windows XP 5.1 (Build: 2600)
CPU: GenuineIntel Unknown processor @ 2536 MHz with 510MB RAM
Video: No Video

Setup: Unknown disposition

History: USetupDefinition::Init <- WFilerWizard::WFilerWizard <- Setup

Try this.
Rename the .ut4mod-file in .ut2mod and extract it with the Umod-Browser (http://download.beyondunreal.com/fileworks.php/skincity/tools/umod_browser_1.3.exe) . After extracting you can copy the files like .upl to the proper directories .

i got the umod browser to work...had to make a new thing on it for ut2004.mod though
