My Uskaarj.bat file dont work at all!!

My Uskaarj.bat file doesnt work at all. i tried a fresh install of UT, and uskaarj and the patch, but still nothing. I really wanna play, but it aint working!!

Do i need to install the latest ut patch or the bonus paks or anything? im using UT:GOTY

when i click it, it just doesnt do anything. I got a new computer last night do i might test it out on that machine. Any help would be appreciated, coz i wanna play this over my lan connection
