skinmaker help

HI all! I've been looking all over this forum but i can't find any info about creating your own Skin for UT2k4. (Perhaps i didn't look good) ;)

I just read that i should use the UPaint wich is shipped with UT2004.
Can anyone tell me how to find a tutorial/info so i can make my own UT2k4-skin?
