noob question

When I installed UT2K4 Upaint still only saves into the UT2K3 folder that is not a big issue. What I need to know is how to convert the UTX to UPP so I can edit them in Upaint. I've tried to use Uedit but I just can't figure it out. Thanks in advance for any help.

All the .upp files are included with Upaint in UT2004 on CD6 in the extras folder, I think... Or the CD6 folder on the DVD :)
