349 HEALTH??????????

I just read rosters strategy guide. 349 health in UT. HOW?? I've been playing straight for two months and I can't get it higher than 199. No matter how many more health vials or kegs i try to get. I am obviously missing something here. sorry if this is a "dumb" question.
