View Full Version : Need help with skeleton in maya 4.0!

For my mod project I want to make new custom animations for the original playermodels. I want to make the anims in maya 4.0. As the only source skeleton I found in the web was the male skeleton for maya 4.5 and higher, I rebuild the skeleton from scratch. I exported the male skeleton from milkshape to maya to have the exact propotions and then build the skeleton. I named the bones like the original ones (expect that maya doesn't make spaces in the names). But somehow the animations don't work after the export with ActorX.
What could be wrong?Are there any general problems that keep me from rebuilding the skeleton?
