If you are trying to convernt Mp3 to .umx for unreal tournament you can follow this link: [URL=http://forums.beyondunreal.com/showthread.php?p=1395990] or go to the forum for unreal tournament and look at my request for "Converting music files to .umx" Follow the tutorial that Winged Unicorn provided in his second response it will tell you what to use and where to get the tools you'll need!

Since I'm new to this my self I would suggest starting there. Also if you are as green as I was last week you will need to use UEd 2.0 which is located in your UT system folder. Looks like the UT icon however it is highlighted in green rather than brown.

Good luck

Yes, there is a way to import mp3 into umx.
The first step would be to scroll down half a page on these (http://forums.beyondunreal.com/forumdisplay.php?f=137) boards.
...but I've already done that for you (http://forums.beyondunreal.com/showthread.php?t=88620).
