The CBP readme says that this file is required in <U2XMP_Install>\System to enable ArtifactPowers, but I don't see it anywhere and no documentation on how to configure it. Also, no documentation on what powers each artifact has.

Any advice/info/tips?

It actually doesn't need an .ini. There's nothing to configure -- just load it up. Some proper documentation will make it into the final CBP, but for now, here's a brief rundown:

The tutorial mentions that the artifacts are "powerful". Now there's a reason why.

Defense: cuts sustained damage in half
Health: regenerates 5 pts. health at 1-1.5s. intervals
Shield: regenerates 5 pts. shield at 1-1.5s. intervals
Skill: doubles skill recharge rate
Stamina: doubles stamina recharge rate
Weapon Damage: doubles weapon damage

Teh Skill means ya hacking/boost jumping bar. It'll recharge faster and almost stay full when ya hacking gen/door/deployz.

Nice. So far I have yet to see the arti powers on any server.

Would be nice if you could drop the artifact you are carring ( like dropping the flag in ut2k3 ).
bDropArtifact=true

e.g. you are Ranger, come back with an arti and dont want to hide lame or sumzin` like that -> pass it to a Gunner without suiciding.
Or when a gunner got an artifact ( offence ) he could ezly pass it to a ranger and stop the other team of killing the ranger / chasing him down.

Gunner with Health_Artifact = pwnage :D
