Dont beg for further information, that is strict to the team only
So how, exactly, do you intend to entice people to actually join your mod? People simply won't join a mod with no idea of what it's about.

Hmmm maybe you got a point there.
Ive edited my first post. Some ideas will stand there.
If anyone got some other good ideas, feel free to hand them over to me :)

If I were you, I would put the website up before recruiting. It tends to go easier if you can simply point to the site where they can read all of the mod info there.
You also should set up some web forums so your team can communicate with eachother, and the community. MSN is not a good tool for keeping in contact with a number of people, its very rare that all of them are online at the same time (at least in my team it is).
