BDBMapvote 3.04 UT(Not UT2k3) Combine CTF+RA mut.with DM-NW

Hello,

Im pretty new to mapvote for UT, im pretty used to the UT2003 :lol:
Well since we have UT public server i installed BDBMapVote3.04.
Ive set true webadmin the mutator Rocket Launcher Arena and ctf only.
I want to add some deatmatch maps to the mapvotelist, but all the DM maps need to be NW.
But when i add the DM maps to the mapvotelist and change from ctf to dm its still Rocket Launcher Arena and not NW :(
Ive seen its possible on other servers with the insta mutator on DM mixed with ctf NW. But i dont know how to set it, ore where to set it :(

Unfortunatly MapVote for UT99 does not have "per gametype mutator" options.
I don't know exacly how they achieved this on other servers.

dunno if it will work at all, or well, with RA, but i guess you can find out.

should be bug free, but there always seems to be something wrong, lol.
