Is there a mod where you can play " DM ;CTF ; DOM ; AS ; TDM" as an unreal monster? Like a gassbag any of the skaarj "not hybrid" or any other of the monsters that are reg player size?

Yes, there is one for Unreal 1 called MCoop (MonsterCoop) and its partial port for UT1 called UTMCoop :)
