The LaCie one terabyte addon, with firewire and usb. Best of all, it works just like any other USB add in device, so you don't need to upgrade your computer's hardware to hold all that space...just plug and go.
I am very impressed.
One terabyte...that's a whole hellva lot of space. Even with firewire, I wouldn't want to rely on anything like it as my primary drives, but as storage, you can't be beat. I can see this kind of product being very helpful for mid to large companies who need to add extra space on the quick. All they have to do is drop in a USB2 card to their server and a couple of these, and BAM an extra terabyte of space. Damn nifty.
Only one problem. They consider a "TB" to be 1,000,000,000,000 bytes. Someone, please, teach hard drive manufacturers that 1,000,000,000 bytes is not a gigabyte and 1,000,000,000,000 is not a terabyte...
