need help importing WOOT textures

UT1 --> Pics dimensions must be a power of 2, i.e. 128 x 64 or 256 x 256. Pics must be in 256 color pcx format.

2k3 --> Pics dimensions must be a power of 2.

Unreal Tournament
needs pcx 256 colors and bitmaps (.bmp)

UT2003
Needs pcx,targa,utpaint and bitmaps.
