is there a decal stay mutator for 2.9?

inf doesnt load with inf_decalstay_v3 that i used for 2.86

i looked in the menu settings didnt see an option for decal lifespan :hmm:

the noob in me assumes it would have been included along with the shellcasing lifespan...seems a shame to see all those nice bullet holes dissapear :(

time for plan b...shoot more often ;)
