how do I record a demo? whats the command??

I've been looking all over for the console command for recording a demo in UT, I've found numerous references to the ability to do it, and found the command to start playback of a demo in the console itself but not how to actually record a demo... somebody pls help me!

Use "demorec <filename>" to record a demo. Btw, you can find a list of all the console commands at http://unreal.epicgames.com/UTConsole.htm
