We've had a chance to test the latest version of Expanded Multiplayer ('XMP' for short), and have written up a preview based on our impressions. XMP is the breath of fresh air that the Unreal community has needed for some time now. All of the other beta testers that we spoke to were really blown away by the quality of what a relatively small team within Legend Entertainment has managed to create. XMP's completely new set of weapons and vehicles, refined gameplay and beautiful graphics are bound to impress, and when XMP finally goes public, it has the potential to bring a huge number of new faces to the Unreal community.
Unreal II: Expanded Multiplayer will be a free downloadable add-on for owners of Unreal II: The Awakening. Expect a release later this year. You won't be disappointed.
