Dodgy RAM? Try taking one out or something?
How hot's the CPU running? That might be a cause too. :)
PS. Scratch that last part, just realised how many fans you've got.

I second the RAM thing, that's a common cause of crashes. If you're running Windows 2000 or XP, what does the STOP message say?

5 Fans, 2 HDDs, 2 CD Roms, P4 seems like quite a load for a 350w PSupply. Could that be a possible cause? I heard not enough power makes stuff go wonky

I think we just isolated the problem in IRC down to devices with uninstalled drivers hogging IRQ's. I think that once the devices have been properly installed and set at their correct interrupt, the problem will be solved.

This may not be relevant to this exact situation, but cruddy gfx driver info can often lead to such crashes. I get them often at work with my crappy Rage 128 card.

some thing else that might be a problem is, when you installed the new mobo and p4, did you do a clean install or did you just do a repair?
and it wouldnt be the power supply ive got my p4 2.4ghz running on a 200w

you mean sell parts and buy a mac keyboard
:D
anyways...
what kind of BSOD? have you tried a recovery install. XP is bad about largescale hardware changes. install over with a Repair option (to save your files)

xp shouldnt work at all if you change the mobo and cpu unless you do a repair
if you did a repair i would recomend making a partition and backing everything up, that is if you dont have another hdd, and doing a clean install of xp

Try removing the DVD drive and see if you get BSODs.
