Its almost here!!!! :D The game most of us have been waiting for, well those that didnt mod their Xbox's so they can play the Japanese version.
how many of you console owners out there are actually interested in the game and plan on buying it? For those that already have it explain what its like and how it plays. :)

I'll probably get it even though the PS2 version gets stuck with Heihachi.

I'd rather have heihaci than spawn or link... even though he doesnt have a weapon he fits in with the theme a bit more.

I've already got my copy pre-ordered for the GameCube. Can't wait to see what Link can do.
It's Soul Calibur, by the way.

I got to waste 5 dollars worth of quarters toady on a SC2 machine. Add Link to the mix, and that GC version is SOOO MINE. :)

It's really just a lot more of SC2, but the moves are better the moves are smoother, it's so much more flashy. It was just like SC2 but tweaked up to heack. Maybe not so great if your looking for something completely new.

I used some store credit to reserve it at the full price, so all I have to do is walk in, give 'em my credit (And if I lose it, they've got it on file too.), and take my game home. :)
I've played the demo version on the Xbox the last few times I was in Gamestop... it's beyond comprehension. Nothing like shutting down Astaroth with that Cassandra girl

EGM said in their review that the Xbox version of SC2 was the best, and the PS2 version was the worst due to long load times and choppy graphics.

Id rather play the PS version ebause of the controller, i totally dislike the XBOX controller.. and i dont see how the GC controller would work.
I could care less about graphics, I LOVE deep fighting games, but i hate ****ty controllers.

Wow! You can type backwards AND post something completely useless in a thread! Congratulations!
Anyway, yeah, the GameCube controller doesn't seem fit for a fighting game. I'll probably end up buying an arcade stick when I go to pick my copy of the game up.
