Fix the BUA LINK

The BIG «BUA» at the top use to be linked to BuA's web page. The link needs to be fixed. ;)

Taz, I mentioned this to AX and BC sometime last week. AX told me that it was being worked on. I think the forum mods for BU need to fix that.
