Dont really now if this is the right forum for this, but just move it if that is the case :)

Well, I've finally completed my remake of q2dm3 :)

It was made on demand from some old q2-players of mine so I really tried to keep it pretty close to the original. As you might understand I couldnt just make it exactly the same because of the difference between Q2 and UT2003 especially in the movement. I'm a gameflowlover myself so this map is not what you call an artistic map, I tried to make it "nonugly" but the main focus was on the gameplay itself. Its made with TDM in mind, 4vs4, but its also duable in 2vs2 and FFA.

Well I hope you guys like it and I would really like feedback on it.... Oh and the dl links are below the screenshots ;)

I never played this map on Q2(my experience with it is brief), but this built seems nice. I think it's a little too room-corridor-room for a Unreal map since the game spammy nature tend to favor multiple quick-access escape points, but it's hard to say without taking it online.
It is great fun though.

I like the thunder and lightning in the skybox, although it could stand to be a little more detailed; I like the details inside the map with bubbles rising, fast rising lights, tex/meshes, trim, barrels, green mist and moving fans with sounds, but lighting could be a little better. The bots are good, but weapon pickups seem to be lacking when needed (ah, they're hiding).

That's a hard map. I didn't win on it till my fourth time playing (offline against godlike bots).
