View Full Version : Want to recruit for your Mod? Read this first!

Before you post here, be aware that there are far less skilled coders, mappers, modelers, skinners, sound artists and musicians around than mod teams wanting to recruit them.

You have to convince those people that your mod team is worth joining and putting time and work in. You have to assume that the more experienced a mod maker is, the less receptive he or she will be for an unprofessional recruitment posting.

Oh, and please don't announce any SUPER UBER COOL MODS (http://mep.beyondunreal.com/mymod.html) and also be careful with The most innovative and realistic Counter-Terrorist mod ever (http://mep.beyondunreal.com/realismmod/), those two mods are already in production. ;)
