Trial #9: Didn't reboot properly 3 more times...
I did see most of the map in my short time there. You appear to have no concept of trim, but the level does look rather polished compared to it's overall quality. Soundtrack was good.

too dark... and it would be cool to save yourself out of the lava pits... so you don't get punished that hard for carving for godees...
lighten the map a bit more up... maybe the sun is shining too light today...

I didn't think it was too dark, but the lighting made no sense. Don't ever use those lanterns again. Please. The can't give off purple light and never will.

Purple does make it dark and foreboding, which seems to be the aim of this map (Ktulu :)) so it is the right light choice, but it's also very tough to do, and having yellowish lightsources give off this purple light doesn't do it.

really digging the chain stuff though, thats really cool. Seems like the "lamps" arent very popular  I thought about making my own but......
I only placed lights around sources, fire, candles, etc.

lighting in the area of sources is different to sourcing. i just dont beleave that that map would look like that in real life.
and i dont see anything that could give off that much purple in the purple room...

I think this one is better than the original, but I'd give it a 5.5 so i dunno what that other guy was thinkin ;)
Uh. That cross thingy with the circles was REALLY nice but it wasn't quite coplaner (did you pass geometry ;))

it was an ok map overall.
some lighting issues but a cool atmosphere.
now, if you could improve your trim, lighting and flow issues you could make some really cool maps :)
