Windows XP Server Problems

  • Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. I recently built myself a new PC for playing INF
MSI K7T266 Pro2 mobo
AMD XP1700 CPU
Windows XP Home Edition clean install on new HD
Realtek NIC
The problem is when i host a server 1 person can join and gets a good ping around 100,but when the second joins the pings start climbing upto 3000.This has to have something to do with Windows XP or the Realtek NIC,because on my other PC with 98SE and Kingston NIC,i could host 4-6 players with no problems.If it makes a difference i have DSL.

Any ideas would be much appreciated.
