Painskins?

Some, maybe even most of you may think its useless violence, and it is, but wouldn't painskins add to the atmosphere somewhat? Just being able to walk up to a shot down enemy and see where he was shot would be cool to me. I'm not saying there has to be a gaping hole like you would see on Soldier of Fortune just maybe a small hole or even a redspot, just to identify where he or she had been shot. I dunno what gave me this idea and there is not really any way it would have any effects on gameplay, it should also have a feature to turn them off of course. I always find myself wondering where I shot my enemy and think how cool it would be to see a wound on him.

Also, you could check if that guy is just fiegning death or if he has an exit wound in the back of his head...

instead of a red dot what about a blood stain where he was shot like in GoldernEYE (if this already happens in inf ignoor me... :))
or have l lost the whole concept of this thread???

Well, I was thinking more along the lines of a bullethole and a red blood stain as a way to tone it done, if you get the idea, but whose to say what a bulletwound looks like, unless we have anyone who's been shot and can explain to us what one looks like. Thats all I can think of now because I just woke up.

Either they look like neat little holes, in the case of most pistol and SMG wounds I have seen, or a chunk of flesh missing and covered in blood. Possibly, you seen where bones had been broken, and muscle tissues torn.

It's actually pretty ****ing disgusting.
