I would just like to make a few of my own comments about this situation.
First off, way to go guys, and good luck in the future.
Secondly, WTF!!!
And lately, I wish this would happen for the INF team. I know it's been said a thousand times but why can't INF do this? I remember, from back in the day, someone from the team talking about the fact that they are getting paid to do INF. Now if this is true then INF's arses probably belong to that company that's paying them, not allowing INF to go Gold. This sucks!! I mean, I wouldn't mind paying $40 for INF if it had some SP missions, a few new toys to play with, a sound track, and a cut sceen or two. I WILL probably pick up TO just to play the SP missions. IMO, Muti-player is a perk but SP is the core to any game and thus essential. I only played about 15 minutes of UT when it came out due to this. I'm not slamming INF in the slightest bit; but how cool would would it to infiltrate a Russian military base or escort hostages to a choper with voice overs comming from headquarters and a cut sceen here and there? I think this would be great. The sky is the limit when it comes to comunity SP maps as well.
Getting back to TO. I noticed that the models (both charaters and weapons) looked much better than they did when I played it a while back. As a matter of fact, some of those weapons look like SF models, but that's another topic for another day. The maps also look quite good! I wonder if they've gotten any help from professional mappers since the days of old. In fact, these maps are up there with the SF maps and make me grow a big rubbery one <quiet Jack, Tyler is talking>. The only thing that will suck about TO (once again, this is just my opinion) is that it will have the same gameplay that it does now. Which is not bad if you like CS, but I don't. I've been spoiled with the realism and high quality **** that the INF team has brought us. Every game I play now a days (Medal of Honor, Return to CW, IGI, ect...), I become disappointed and wish I was playing those games with INF weapons and gameplay.
I guess I don't have a point to this post, it's just something I had to get off my chest.
And last but not least, 'If I had a tumor I would name it TacOps.'

Now I will wait for my downl'd of TO 2.2 to finish and i'll what has changed since the last time I played it.

Well, I doubt INF will go retail, cause I remember back in July Warren said they were working on a retail game similar to INF.

I won't buy a retail game if it doesn't have bot support equal or better than UT bots. TO doesn't have it as far as I've seen so...
I think Infiltration should be a government training application myself-in conjunction with that operation flash point type game they are doing. Just stick some VR helmets on those fng's and watch em run around like newbs.

Infiltration is just a proving ground, that will help lay the ground work for Sentry Stuidio's (as of yet un-named) retail product.

Haha, yeah. Well, DNF is going to be good. I think everyone knew that Daikatana would suck but didn't say anything for fear the developers would kill themselves after 5 years of making that godforsaken game.

Daik#tana didn't look cool or good while it was in development (what idiot ever thought 2+ different timeperiods were going to work in a story ?).
With Duke Nukem it's the character that has the ego and not the developers ... ;)
