Gamespot's Unreal 2 Preview is up and has at least two interesting bits:
- No vehicles in any of their 20 multiplayer maps
- March, 1 2002 release date!?

While some people didn't have a problem with the weapons dished up in the original Unreal, apparently the general consumer feedback revealed that most players were uncomfortable with the fact that the arsenal didn't contain first-person-shooter staples such as a shotgun, machine gun, or rocket launcher

The point here was that most of the weapons in these games didn't mostly make you think "Oh Gee Whiz I wonder what this thing does." unlike U1 where there was a learning component involved with each new weapon.Originally posted by -_-T()()L-_-
