Check out the Y-Project website (http://www.y-pro.net/) and the C&VG Interview (http://www.computerandvideogames.com/r/?domain=&feed=index&page=http://www.computerandvideogames.com/news/news_story.php?id=24798) with the developers.

This game uses a newer build of the Unreal Engine and I've gotta say it looks pretty damn good.

Nice! I'm guessing that the recently improved versions of the Unreal Engine are going to be pretty popular with game developers.
