nvidia 2311 driver problems?

I just installed the 2311 drivers, and my fps in UT promptly fell to 20fps.

This happen to anyone else?

I need updated vid drivers as I'm using the 1241's currently to play DAOC, and nothing in the middle works.

The 1241 drivers crash UT when I try to minimize, the new ones don't. I want to minimize dammit.

Why won't these just work properly? Did I forget something?

Okay, out of interest, I tried out the opengl/compressed textures installation of UT on my comp, and I was getting about 75fps.

My normal setup for online, above, is playing on D3D.

Did nvidia screw up the d3d drivers?

My previous drivers, 2183 work well in both UT and (now that it's patched) DAoC, so I'll be using them.

Now to check my fps in Medal of Honor too.

The in-game is much like the demo. You have to go through missions. Of course, you get to drive the tank and take hold of the bigass machine guns on the backs of jeeps and in bunkers.

The missions are more exciting than the demo.

Don't expect a hella lot more though.

I haven't tried it online using lamespy yet. It's either that or input an ip addy :/
