View Full Version : Spectator Bug in UT...?

This is something I came across:

In some CTF maps that have a cloud zone spectators on a server can mess up a game by capturing the flag as a spectator.

If the spectator killes himself in the cloudzone with the flag, the flag will never return, and leave the CTF server worthless...

Someone knows what im talking about? and maybe know of some fix for it?

I never knew this was a bug in UT, but it is....

I know. I found that bug in some CTF maps. BTW, You can do the same thing in DM and even in assault maps (maaan - that REALLY sucks).

IF the map has a cloudzone then a spectator will apear as a "pawn" icon floating around. YOu cant miss it. The spectator can be killed as well by use of translocator. Nebel Wrath and I found this out a while back while being on his server.
