Stats Question

What does CLI in stat global mean? It seems to be different from the clip stat in stat occlusion.

I've got a problem with a level I've been working on, the framerate is low and seems independent of video resolution. The level is zoned, average polys are about 200, no dynamic lights. The CLI in stat global is around 25 when frame is 27.

Any ideas?
