Anyone know what this is? Or how I can stop it from loading every time??

it's winamp agent. there's an option somewhere to stop it loading at startup.
and this should really be in troubleshooting

Winampa.exe is your Winamp Agent System Tray Icon.

To turn it off, go to Options -> Preferences, then Setup -> Agent, and turn off the "Enable Winamp Agent" setting.
