A note concerning wallpapers on the net...

Why is it that kick ass wallpapers post them at 640 x 480, 800 x 600, 1024 x 768, but no 1280 x 1024?? :(

And now that I use 1280 x 1024, how am I supposed to get those wallpapers?


.....Any ideas?

Or, if you want something free, use GIMP!

But I always just set it to stretch them if they're too small, as long as they still look right.

They don't make 16x12 either, and I don't like that.

But re-sized ones look ok so I'm not complaining :)

This program can rotate through many wallpapers at any intervall, and will automatically resize them without loss of quality.
However it will runs slow as hell once you reached about 80 wallpapers.

My current wallpaper is actually 1600x1200, but my desktop is only 1280x1024. Instead of stretching it, I just set it to centered, because there's nothing special on the edges and the middle part is best anyway :D
