Server Bot Question?

Just a quick Question about BOTS!

Why is it when you play BOTS at a SKILLED level, they always manage activate a sheild belt as soon as i shoot at them? can anyone answer this question?

It seems that the server log show BOTS always activating Sheild Belts as i shoot at them..And they are always glowing ?

maybe a mod or something that does it ? your installed itemhack maybe ?:P
ask someone else to run it and ask if he has it too
